Stoen Racing Takes A Break

With the crazy year that Stoen Racing has had off the track in 2008, we have decided to take some time off from the drag racing circuit. Over the past 20 years, our family has had many great moments on and off the racetrack, and we'd like to thank all of our sponsors and friends for their support. In the meantime, we'd like to take a moment and update you on some of the latest things going on.
On February 20, 2008, Madelaine Stoen (Roger's brother's daughter) was diagnosed with Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. After taking 9 months of chemo at the Mayo Clinic, Madelaine has been reported as cancer free!
On December 20, 2008, Brandon Stoen and Melissa Trom got married! They have built a new house in Medford, Minnesota, and they also continue to commute to their jobs in Minneapolis.
