Establishing
an internet presence can be intimidating. Therefore,
we would like to provide you with a step-by-step overview
of the web design work process.
| Price
Quote / Consultation: This step in creating
your new website is by far the most important. Stoen
Graphics has created four popular design packages
in order to make the process as simple as possible.
Once you have decided on a package and any other
additional options, you will be provided with a
final price quote. During this consultation process,
it's also very important to discuss and provide
all necessary materials and requirements in order
for us to create your new website. Colors? Text?
Layout? Photos? |
| Begin
Prototype / First Invoice: Now that you have
decided on a specific design package and general
layout, we will begin with the prototype design,
web hosting setup, and domain setup. At this point,
you will also be invoiced for 30% of the final
price quote. |
| Prototype
Review: Check your email! You'll soon receive
a website prototype for review via the email address
you've provided. Any changes you request will
be made to the prototype and be resent to you
via email for approval. |
| Launch
Web Site / Final Invoice: Upon final approval,
we will upload your website and thoroughly test
all functions. Your newly designed website has
gone live! We will then begin submitting your
website to search engines where soon your new
internet presence can easily be found. You will
also be invoiced for the remaining 70% of the
final price quote. |
| Website
Maintenance: The $135.00 per year web hosting
and domain fee is required annually in order for
you to maintain an internet presence. Do you need
to update with a new photo or text? Simply submit
an email to brandon@stoenracing.com, and specifically
state what information and pages of your website
are to be updated. Include your files as an attachment,
not embedded into the body of the email message.
Requests will typically be completed within 24
hours or as soon as possible. If needed, you may
